ABOUT IDC

Integrated Development Consultants (IDC) is a Kenyan incorporated Consultancy Firm in the Field of International Trade and Economic Development. IDC was founded 25 years ago in 1997.

Our areas of consultancy and research includes the following fields: -

our approach

IDC has a network of over 200 leading trade, industry and development experts within Sub Saharan that we draw from through our Associate Consultants Framework. We have agency representatives in the following EAC countries, (Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, South Sudan and Tanzania) and the following COMESA countries – Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Ethiopia.

 

DATA DRIVEN INSIGHTS

We use econometric and statistical analysis methods to facilitate macroeconomic analyses on economic development and international trade. We also undertake original research from regional to firm-level studies. This evidence based approach enables IDC to provide market assessment reports as well as design and support in implementation of economic and trade policies.

COMMUNITY DRIVEN POLICIES

Through our extensive network in East and Southern Africa, IDC has established working relationships with Governments and Government Bodies, International Organizations, NGOs and Private Sector Associations. We have demonstrated experience in designing and project managing stakeholder led economic and trade initiatives in East and Southern Africa.
